Beach Parking Permit

Beach parking permits can be purchased at any Stripes located in North Padre Island or HEB located in Flour Bluff. These parking permits are valid for a whole year.

Emergency Pool Rope

Please keep in mind the pool rope located towards the deep end of the pool is to be used ONLY for Emergency purposes.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am in all common areas. Violators will be asked to return to their unit and/or to leave by the staff in charge.

Stung by a Jelly Fish?

Keep the affected skin under hot running water until the pain eases, which might be 20 to 45 minutes.
