This fun downtown Corpus Christi event is a unique twist on the classic German celebration featuring activities (and sights) you don’t want to miss including a homebrew competition, beer stein holding contest, festive live music, delicious German food and much more! Texas Jazz Festival
Corpus Christi has the longest running FREE music festival in the world, the 60th annual Texas Jazz Festival. Here, you can enjoy all the unique sounds of jazz by talented musicians from across the country. Located in Heritage Park. October 15-16, 2021.
Bailando Dance Festival
Enjoy dance concerts, choreography adjudication, master classes and other educational outreach at the Bailando Dance Festival. Located at the Performing Arts Center at Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi campus. October 7-9, 2021.
Día de los Muertos Street Festival
Día de los Muertos Street Festival has been a time to celebrate and honor the rich cultural heritage of Mexico and South Texas, unite our community and promote our city. However, while the street festival aspect of the celebration has been cancelled this year, many socially distanced activities will continue as planned inside K Space Gallery and throughout downtown Corpus Christi. October 30, 2021.
Greek Festival
Get a taste of Greece with delicious Greek food, styles and culture at the Greek Festival in Corpus Christi. Located at the Greek Orthodox Church. November 5-7, 2021.
Jewish Food Festival
The Jewish Food Festival is held in November at the Congregation Beth Israel Sisterhood. In 2020, the festival pivoted into a drive-thru experience and 2021 details have not been released yet. The festival offers live music, delicious foods and lots of shopping to get the Jewish culture experience. Dates TBD.
Corpus Christi Food and Wine Festival
Get a delicious taste of Texas wines and enjoy shopping, food and entertainment at the Corpus Christi Food and Wine Festival. Bring a lawn chair and blanket to enjoy your purchased goods while listening to live music. Located in Heritage Park. November 20, 2021.
Hot Tamale Festival
The Hot Tamale Fest is the hot spot for tasting all the delicious tamales your stomach can handle… or stocking up for the holidays! Filled with fun entertainment including a hot tamale eating contest, guest speakers, local talent and live music. Located at Whataburger Field Corpus Christi. November 20, 2021.

Dia de Los Muertos

Whataburger Field Movie Nights
Whataburger Field for CC Movie Nights will show The Addams Family (2019) movie for free! It will be screened on the Whataburger Field video board. All guests must have a reserved group ticket in advance of each showing. One ticket may include up to six guests. On-field pods and seating bowl options will be properly distanced. October 29, 2021 at 7pm.
Drive-Thru Halloween with the Hooks Oct. 31
Whataburger Field’s 7th annual Halloween with the Hooks is a free, socially distanced trick-or-treat event (without having to leave your vehicle). Treats will be delivered directly to your car window. Guests are encouraged to donate canned food and dry goods. Located in the ballpark’s South Parking Lot from 1-4pm on October 31, 2021.
Haunting on the Blue Ghost
Nothing says Halloween in Corpus Christi like a haunted ship! Visit the USS Lexington for a spooky experience on a Haunting on the Blue Ghost tour. Due to COVID-19 protocols, tickets are being sold in private groups of four to ten persons per each half hour session. Tickets sell out quickly for dates near Halloween!
Bark in the Park
If you’d like to celebrate Halloween with your furry friend, there is no better place to do it than at Bark in the Park Corpus Christi. This fun, festive event brings together pet-owners, local pet businesses, pet rescue organizations, and no-kill pet shelters in an attempt to raise money and awareness for pet initiatives in the community. Don’t forget to paw-ticipate in the pet costume contest!
The Rocky Horror Show
Enjoy a spooky musical theatre at The Rocky Horror Show Corpus Christi. Located at the Aurora Arts Theatre. October 8-November 13, 2021.
The Hauntings of Boogeyman

Spooky City Tours
Enjoy Corpus Christi Tours has multiple haunted tours you’ll enjoy, including Cemetery Tours (morning) and Ghost Tours (evening). On the cemetery tour, you can visit historic cemeteries and hear stories of some of our earliest citizens, walk among their burial sites, see unique monuments and mass burial ground for hundreds of hurricane victims, and much more. The Ghost Tour explores over a dozen haunted sites to hear the stories and the history behind these haunted locations and what other guests have encountered.
