We stay in unit 620, this was really great, we love this location, a nice view of the beach from the balcony, the staff was great we can't wait to return back next summer

Decent room with beautiful view!

The room was nice and the view of the beach is great, but I’m not sure it was actually cleaned after the last guests checked out. There were a some long black hairs in our bed between the sheets, in the shower and on the bathroom floor. Also, the elevator on our side was out of order so we had the choice of climbing the stairs all the way up to the 6th floor with our all our stuff or using the elevator on the opposite side of the property. That’s not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to be informed of this before hand or at least been given a discount on our stay. Overall, it was a cute unit to stay in and the property was nice, but I definitely wish the room was cleaned better. With that being said, the location is fantastic and so close to the beach!

Not as good as usual

We have stayed at the Gulfstream for years and have always enjoyed the condos. This visit was a big step down from the quality we are used to. The condo was not very clean when we arrived. One of the showers did not work well, and one of the toilets did not flush properly and kept clogging. There were also a number of loose or non-functioning fixtures in the condo. The one day we wanted to use the pool, it was closed for repairs. The direct beach access and quiet guests were the best part of the visit. I don't know if we will be back.

Unit 620

Very pleasant. The elevator closest to us wasn’t working. We’ve been staying at the Gulf Stream for over 20 years. It’s wonderful. Staff is friendly and kind and the grounds are beautiful and clean. Commode by master bedroom seemed to have some issues, but nothing major. It’s definitely a home away from home for us. Consistently clean and well kept!

2nd New Years Trip to Gulfstream

We took a family trip back in 2015 when my wife was 5 months pregnant with our daughter Ciena and stayed in 618. This year we stayed in 620. Such a great trip and memories. My parents use to live in 418 (Bill and Judie Cuneo) back in 2004,so the GulfStream has special memories

Nice but have liked other units better.

The lack of counter space in the bathrooms was frustrating, the lighted kitchen cabinet blocked your view of the den and rest of the unit, way too many TV remote controls that weren’t needed which made it confusing. We were at the beach so we overlooked those flaws. But, with that said there are plenty other units that we liked better. The complex and employees were wonderful as always!

  • Rates are per night for up to 4 persons. We accept cash, credit  or debit cards.
  • Check in: 4:00 – 7:00 p.m.
  • Check out before or at 11a.m.
  • Guests must be 25 years or older to rent a condominium.
  • AAA-2 Diamond Rating Pet Free Property (Except service animals)
  • Please contact us for holiday or group reservations.
  • Minimum reservation is 2 nights. Holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day) are minimum 3 nights.

 

Cancellation Policy: A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Your deposit is fully refundable, minus a $20 cancel fee, if cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival date. Any cancellation made within 14-30 days prior to arrival will receive 50% refund minus a $20 cancel fee and no refund for cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date. Monthly rentals must cancel 60 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds for early departures.
