The Gulfstream Condos offer direct beach access and amazing coastal sunrises. Amenities include a seasonally heated pool, a hot tub, and convenient gas grilling areas.
Located just north of the Padre Island Seawall, our Gulf-front condominium is only minutes from local eateries, fishing spots, and the fun things to fill your day!

Great Place to Stay!
Review by Debra G. From the moment we arrived. Front desk staff was very nice and friendly. Our room was ready after 20 minutes when we arrived. Check in time is normally 4pm but we arrived at 3pm and we still were able to check in by 3:30pm. The rooms are very clean and we got the ocean front view so it was beautiful. The rooms have everything you need to make you feel right at home, from the kitchen w/all the utensils and coffee ready to be made.

Definitely needs to be updated
We enjoy every time we stay at Gulfstream. We absolutely love them. However, with this stay I must say we weren’t at all impressed with the condo itself. It definitely needs updating, and had a musty smell, which I did report to the office. The Pictures on the website, to me are deceiving. Overall, we had a great time as we always do and we will be back again.

Enjoyed our stay
First time staying at Gulfstream we really had a great time . Room wasn’t ready when we got there at 5 pm but they kept us informed about when we could get in and it didn’t take too long. Stayed in 609 it was cluttered really doesn’t need so much stuff in there you barely have room to move around. But we had a great time

Best Place Ever!

Review by Debra J. #1-Condos need a handicap ramp for beach access. Condo’s kitchen sink faucet needs to be replaced and no hot water in kitchen. Also need more utensils for cooking (spatulas, knives and baking sheet). Otherwise great location and facility. Staff was phenomenal.

Awesome and relaxing stay
Review by Adeline M. Our stay was wonderful. Our condo was very clean and beautiful and had most of kitchen appliances that we needed. It could have used some better pots and pans but each condo is different according to the owner. I've stayed at several other condos at Gulfstream and some of them have absolutely everything including great pots and pans and others have less. For the most part or stays here at the Gulf Stream have been the most wonderful and relaxing times of the year for us. I highly recommend Gulfstream condos.

Beach Getaway

We have stayed at GulfStream Condos many times over the years, always in a gulf front condo. This particular unit had a recliner that was broken and missing some kitchen utensils, but we will return in the future.

We do love this place
Review by Brittany L. We come every year! We love this place. We were a little delayed being able to get in after 4, but the head housekeeper let us know that the person before us really messed our unit up. My only complaint would be the windows were not clean. They were not like our previous stays, as they were covered in bird poop and grimy. Also, the rails on the balcony were a little scary, as they didn't seem as secure as before. I know that things wear out over time at the beach and I saw maintenance fixing and replacing wood here and there. This is a lovely place to stay, right on the beach. The views are unbeatable. Lisa is amazing! The maintenance guys are very friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves like we do every year. I would highly recommend.

Review by Sandy S. Room was crowded with too much furniture and not very clean. Rugs were old and dirty. One shower was either hot water or cold water. I stayed on the 3rd floor last year and it was a much better condo. Would not recommend room #609.

Where have all the Housekeepers gone??
Review by Kenneth B. So enjoyed the decor in this Condo. Not so much the dust covered furniture, the two King Beds that had not been changed, orThe soap splashes on the bath fixtures. We have stayed here many times snd have always had good experiences, so I guess blame it on COVID.! They did offer to come change bedding and we declined. We had our own just in case.!! Who wants to have cleaners st 10:00 at night.! Again love the decor and as always the views. Worth the money but the cleanliness needs to come back.!!

Great room with a view.

Property is very conveniently located near the beach. Many restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. Guests need a key to access property, felt very safe. We can't wait for our next visit.

Relaxing, peaceful.

Been staying here for many years, this is the first year in 13 that we have got to come back to stay after loosing my grandma, she loved it there, and we would always come since I was little.. so I decided for a little vacation, even though we really can’t afford much, I spent my memes birthday there, and really enjoyed it, relaxed. The sound of the ocean, the room was great, bed was a little hard on my back, the balcony view was amazing for the sunrise, towards the pool area, I would watch the sun set from the 6th floor as well. Thank y’all so much for a much needed time away.

Policy
- Rates are per night for up to 4 persons. We accept cash, credit or debit cards.
- Check in: 4:00 p.m.
- Check out before or at 11a.m.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to rent a condominium.
- AAA-2 Diamond Rating Pet Free Property (Except service animals)
- Please contact us for holiday or group reservations.
- Minimum reservation is 2 nights. Holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day) are minimum 3 nights.
Cancellation Policy: A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Your deposit is fully refundable, minus a $20 cancel fee, if cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival date. Any cancellation made within 14-30 days prior to arrival will receive 50% refund minus a $20 cancel fee and no refund for cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date. Monthly rentals must cancel 60 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds for early departures.
