Wake up to amazing views of the beach in this beautiful 2BR/2BA Gulf Front condo! Wall-to-wall windows showcase the Gulf of Mexico perfectly from the living room and guest suite. Easily enjoy preparing a meal in the fully equipped kitchen.

The Gulfstream Condos offer direct beach access and amazing coastal sunrises. Amenities include a seasonally heated pool, a hot tub, and convenient gas grilling areas.

Located just north of the Padre Island Seawall, our Gulf-front condominium is only minutes from local eateries, fishing spots, and fun things to fill your day!

Great get away!

Only complaint is that the pleated shades were difficult to raise and lower. These shades weren’t like the typical ones. Some wouldn’t even work.

I enjoyed my room it was very spacious and clean.The sheets on the bed I had a problem with. They had balls on them. For the price of the room they should provide newer sheets instead of old ones.

We enjoyed our stay

We had a nice time on our vacation & the room was lovely. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Only two suggestions the back door you practically need to be a rocket scientist to close it. The mattress was not comfy. Overall it was a really nice stay and fun. We always stay during the week. My daughter left her iPad and the staff found it and are mailing it back to us. Thank you

Family Beach Vacation 2022

Excellent! This was our first group family venture out since Covid pandemic, but I've been coming to the property since 1990. The unit updates and grounds maintenance were very, very good. The Elevators were working! YAY. Pool was clean. Our unit was fabulous. Beachy and Bright! the perfect get-a-way! Thanks to you all for striving to keep this location "a gem". I very much appreciated all of the Covid protocals.

The location, condition of the unit and service were great. The building in general needs a major overhaul because of age. We would be concerned about renting a unit again next year if the Building has not been upgraded.

Great view!

The view was amazing! The property could use a little bit of maintenance. Our patio door wouldn’t lock, the trim needed paint and the kitchen faucet needed replaced. But overall it was in decent shape. The location was excellent!

Home away from home.

We had stayed before at Gulfstream, to be exact we stayed 7 years ago. Awesome customer service! Even with Covid-19, they still found a way to make guest happy. Thanks to Gulfstream my family had a wonderful vacation and made some new memories. God willing we will definitely be back next year.

All major holidays are subject to a 10% rate increase & a 3 night minimum stay.
All rates subject to local and state taxes.
All reservations are subject to a Cleaning Fee and a Daily Resort Fee.

Policy

  • Rates are per night for up to 4 persons. We accept cash, credit  or debit cards.
  • Check in: 4:00 p.m.
  • Check out before or at 11a.m.
  • Guests must be 25 years or older to rent a condominium.
  • AAA-2 Diamond Rating Pet Free Property (Except service animals)
  • Please contact us for holiday or group reservations.
  • Minimum reservation is 2 nights. Holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day) are minimum 3 nights.

 

Cancellation Policy: A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Your deposit is fully refundable, minus a $20 cancel fee, if cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival date. Any cancellation made within 14-30 days prior to arrival will receive 50% refund minus a $20 cancel fee and no refund for cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date. Monthly rentals must cancel 60 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds for early departures.
