my experience in the hotel the place was clean it had all the communities that a family requires the location is very good the only thing I did not like was the card that I had to change because there would be no doors,in everything else it was perfect thanks

Family Fun

We enjoyed our stay at the Gulfstream Condo. It is my favorite place along the coast because of the proximity to the beach and it’s kid friendly ( it’s all about the grandkids lol). The heated pool was a plus because the weather was not cooperating that weekend (low 60’’s ����‍♀️)The 4 star is because it is pricey and not dog friendly.

Policy

  • Rates are per night for up to 4 persons. We accept cash, credit  or debit cards.
  • Check in time is anytime after 4:00 p.m.
  • Check out is by 11:00 am. 
  • A one night deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. It is fully refundable, minus a $20 booking fee if cancellation is made 72 hours prior to arrival.
  • A cancellation made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to deposit forfeiture.
  • Guests must be 25 years or older to rent a condominium.
  • AAA-2 Diamond Rating Pet Free Property (Except service animals)
  • Please contact us for holiday or group reservations.
  • Minimum reservation is 2 nights. Holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day) are minimum 3 nights.
