The Gulfstream Condos provide direct beach access and amazing coastal sunrises. Amenities include a seasonally heated pool, a hot tub, and convenient gas grilling areas.

Located just north of the Padre Island Seawall, our Gulf-front condominium is only minutes from local eateries, fishing spots, and the fun things to fill your day!

Elevators need to be updated and working

Our family tradition for the last 45 years is to gather at the Gulfstream for the Labor Day Holiday we are now in our 70's and it is very difficult when both elevators were not functioning and we had to use the stairs.

July Vacation Condo

The condo was clean and spacious. Even though we liked our stay at this condo, we will not book it again. The window shades were too light that you could see inside the condo at night. There was no privacy.

Nicely appointed Ocean Front Condo

We had a great time. Condo 306 was nicely decorated and had all the basic essentials needed.We had a fun time on the beach and in the waves. We enjoyed the pool area and the BBQ Grills. We have been coming to the GulfStream for almost 30 years and still enjoy every minute I would recommend both the Gulfstream and Condo 306 to all my family and friends

Loved It!

This is our second year of staying at Gulf Streams. Both years we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Both condos were equipped with kitchen items needed to prepare our own food. Other than a couple closet door that need to be fixed we have no complaints. Being able to walk out of the condo onto a clean beach is perfect especially when you have small children. Each morning the tractors were running to ensure a clean beach. We will be returning!!!

Our Annual GoTo Spot

The Gulfstream is our GoTo annual beach vacation. Our family has it's annual reunion here and has been a tradition since the Condos were first built. Every generation continues to build memories here. The property is always clean and well maintained with the friendliest and most helpful staff. Most of the condos have been renovated and we enjoy every moment of every vacation.

Lovely Space

Beautiful condo, amazing location....booking/confirmation system a bit difficult to work with (re: credit card removed from file, required same name as tenant - would have been nice to know beforehand)

All major holidays are subject to a 10% rate increase & a 3 night minimum stay.

All reservations are subject to a Cleaning Fee and a Daily Resort Fee.

Policy

  • Rates are per night for up to 4 persons. We accept cash, credit  or debit cards.
  • Check in: 4:00 p.m.
  • Check out before or at 11a.m.
  • Guests must be 25 years or older to rent a condominium.
  • AAA-2 Diamond Rating Pet Free Property (Except service animals)
  • Please contact us for holiday or group reservations.
  • Minimum reservation is 2 nights. Holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day) are minimum 3 nights.

 

Cancellation Policy: A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Your deposit is fully refundable, minus a $20 cancel fee, if cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival date. Any cancellation made within 14-30 days prior to arrival will receive 50% refund minus a $20 cancel fee and no refund for cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date. Monthly rentals must cancel 60 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds for early departures.
