Gulfstream, always a great place to stay! Room comfort varies.
Review by Pierre S. Room 219 furniture needs updating. Mattresses are very stiff and sofas/table are extremely worn. Stains on sofas and dining chairs are unpleasant. Recommend leather or micro fiber as it's easier to clean/maintain. Shower head at master hardly sprays and master sink drains very slow. Outdoor furniture needs to be cleaned or replaced. On a positive note the ceiling fans worked great as well as The A/C. Refrigerator was nice and cool as well. All appliances worked wonderfully! We have visited Gulfstream every year for the past 20 years and will not stay in 219 again unless updated.

2022 Winter Texans
This would be a great unit with some upgrades. All appliances except for the stove were having issues, refrigerator not cooling, dishwasher not cleaning very well and the microwave tripping a circuit breaker. The staff addressed all of these problems and were able to bring in "loaners" for our use except for a dishwasher. The beds were very comfortable, but the living room sofa/sleeper is very worn and dated and could use an upgrade. A sofa sleeper and two non-swiveling recliners would be a great configuration for the living room. Patio door was cloudy from moisture between the glass panes. Overall, the whole condo complex was great (kudos to the staff!). We will return to this unit next winter if these issues are addressed and remedied.

Thanksgiving Family Weekend
Review by Lisa S. I always enjoy staying at Gulfstream Condos. The weekend did not offer us great weather, but we had so much fun the rain didn't matter.

Love the property not the unit.
Review by Jennifer R. The room was clean but equipment was not well maintained. The guest bed wheel was broken, the blinds on the door leading to the balcony would fall off every time the door closed and the refrigerator was not cooling. I would not rent that unit again but will definitely be back to Gulfstream.

Had a great time!
Review by Sharron R. We have stayed at Gulfstream several times. We were in 219 this time . I was a bit unhappy when we arrived and the leg on the queen bed was bent. I reported it to the office. They said they would see about it. I had to go buy an air mattress since the bed was never fixed. I payed way too much money to have had to do that. We had 6 people so we needed that bed. When checking out I mentioned that I never heard back to the man at the front desk. He said he would talk to someone about it. I feel like for the inconvenience I should have gotten a credit since it wasn’t what I paid for.
