All was good except there were no paring knives in the kitchen. We only had two butcher knives.

We’re lucky enough to have spent our winter holidays at Gulfstream Condos for close to 20 years. We love to watch the Gulf water rolling in and I love the pool. We have met great people visiting around the pool area. Our condo was comfortable (could use a recliner) and clean. All the staff are friendly and very helpful.

Great Stay with great beach views
Review by Mayra H. The room was near the side entrance on the first floor. They provided carts to grab luggage from vehicles. Friendly staff all around. Offered sale of ice, laundry room, 6 gas bbq pits, and beach towels. The pool was heated so It was nice and well lit when it was night time. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. We were really happy with our experience. Plenty of parking and easy access to the beach.

home away from home
Upon arrival our unit was not ready. In the 10 years we have been there this has never happened. The people at the desk were very unconcerned. The housekeepers were more concerned and apologized and were helpful. The desk people in general were not the highlight of the trip.

Beautiful View - Cozy King Bed
Review by Courtney T. We had a wonderful time in room #117. It was the first time in all our stays that we were not given the room we booked and ended up in 117. The view is beautiful but not much character to the room, if that is what you are looking for. The king bed is very comfortable but high if you have little ones. The tub needs a stopper and toilet needs a new seat and rocks. We love Gulfstream Condos and have been going for many years. We look forward to the next time.

Gulfstream condos were wonderful. The patio door opens to the closest view of the beach of anywhere i have ever stayed. Great rooms, decor, furniture awell kept and clean. Will be my go to place for any beach vacation.

Anniversary Getaway
It was a beautiful view of the ocean. Since we there the first part of the week, there was less activity on the beach. The beach was clean (no seaweed or jelly fish). We've been coming to Gulfstream for over 20 years and will continue to do so in the future.

Unit 117 is a little dated.
We had a lovely time at Gulfstream. A few minor things: it was dark in the kitchen as some of the lights did not work. The kitchen also lacked certain items such as a colander, slotted serving spoons, and the knives were a little dull. In general, this unit was dated and not very welcoming.

Perfect Location in a Spacious Condo

The condo is spacious, comfortable, and clean. The owner checked on us to make sure everything was ok. Check in was easy, staff was friendly. We will definitely return.

Policy
- Rates are per night for up to 4 persons. We accept cash, credit or debit cards.
- Check in: 4:00 p.m.
- Check out before or at 11a.m.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to rent a condominium.
- AAA-2 Diamond Rating Pet Free Property (Except service animals)
- Please contact us for holiday or group reservations.
- Minimum reservation is 2 nights. Holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day) are minimum 3 nights.
Cancellation Policy: A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Your deposit is fully refundable, minus a $20 cancel fee, if cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival date. Any cancellation made within 14-30 days prior to arrival will receive 50% refund minus a $20 cancel fee and no refund for cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date. Monthly rentals must cancel 60 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds for early departures.
