Review by Jolinda B. We had a great time as always! It’s always clean, plenty of towels, kitchen had everything you needed. If there was anything that I could have changed it would have been the bed. It was a little stiff, almost uncomfortable. However the view was worth it! See you next year!!!

Spring Break 2023
Loved the location, golf cart rental and beach access was great, parasailing near condo, super clean, pool & hot tub was heated perfectly. Shower pressure was great. The only thing missing was stackable washer and dryer

My Happy Place!!
Review by DeeAnn J. This is our second year in a row to stay at Gulfstream Condos both times we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. This year I left behind an item. I realized it when I was finished unpacking. I called the front desk and they were kind enough to get me to housekeeping who in return let me know the room had not been cleaned yet so they would go look where I remembered leaving the item and call me back as to whether or not they found it. It was found and the condo was kind enough to mail the item to me. I love that we are so close to the beach. We will definitely be returning.

Excellent location and well mai tained
Review by Kendra F. We rent these condos every year and always have a great time. This particular one was mostly updated and in the perfect location. The only negative was the cooking utensils and pans. There wasn’t enough for us to make a spaghetti meal(no colander) and pots were small.

Beach Front View

The view was great, the condo was updated and very nice, and I loved the convenience of the patio door! If it becomes available for the next trip, this will def be our choice!

Review by Kim R. My mom sister nephews son & I stayed for a 3 night family vacation and it was awesome! 6 of us all over 13 yrs old fit comfortably. There was extra pillows blankets towels. Plenty of hand soap and toilet paper provided. Dish soap & paper towels plenty. Kitchen items coffee pot TV greatly appreciated. If you need anything more just ask and the staff is happy to help. We will stay again and highly recommend!

Policy
- Rates are per night for up to 4 persons. We accept cash, credit or debit cards.
- Check in: 4:00 p.m.
- Check out before or at 11a.m.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to rent a condominium.
- AAA-2 Diamond Rating Pet Free Property (Except service animals)
- Please contact us for holiday or group reservations.
- Minimum reservation is 2 nights. Holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day) are minimum 3 nights.
Cancellation Policy: A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Your deposit is fully refundable, minus a $20 cancel fee, if cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival date. Any cancellation made within 14-30 days prior to arrival will receive 50% refund minus a $20 cancel fee and no refund for cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date. Monthly rentals must cancel 60 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds for early departures.
