Awesome Labor Day Weekend!

A nice relaxing place. Awesome to be right on the beach to get away and refresh our spirits. Always a peaceful place to visit again and again. Everyone that works there are so helpful, going above and beyond. Thanks for everything. Always telling friends and family how great Gulfstream Condos are. God Bless!

family vacation for our kids' last spring break - we will definitely stay at this property again- the property was clean, staff was efficient and friendly and had everything we needed and a great location - the beach was clean - it was safe- it was close to great food and fun- great sunrises and moon rises - the national seashore trip with rented Humvee was fantastic!!!

Although the condo was old, it was clean and well-maintained. We were near the elevator as requested and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Vacation

A very nice stay; however, elevators were hot humid inside them with no air circulation. One elevator was put out of order.From the room it was a very short walk to beach with a good view. Older condominium rooms; however, very clean and great condition.

Overall our stay was very good. Only major problem was cars drove to fast on the beach. Beach is not safe of kids to walk on alone.

Comfortable and Relaxing Vacation Property

Excellent condominium with very nice amenities. The décor is comfortable and relaxing. The condo is clean and tidy without clutter or extraneous furnishings. The view has some limitations but the beach/ocean can be seen to the east and north, as well as the JFK causeway bridge to the west. The pool and hot tub are very nice. The beach, ocean, and sea wall are right outside and were enjoyed very much.

Policy
- Rates are per night for up to 4 persons. We accept cash, credit or debit cards.
- Check in: 4:00 p.m.
- Check out before or at 11a.m.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to rent a condominium.
- AAA-2 Diamond Rating Pet Free Property (Except service animals)
- Please contact us for holiday or group reservations.
- Minimum reservation is 2 nights. Holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day) are minimum 3 nights.
Cancellation Policy: A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Your deposit is fully refundable, minus a $20 cancel fee, if cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival date. Any cancellation made within 14-30 days prior to arrival will receive 50% refund minus a $20 cancel fee and no refund for cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date. Monthly rentals must cancel 60 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds for early departures.
