This newly updated 2BR/2BA corner unit features floor-to-ceiling windows across the entire front and side of the living room! Home-cooked meals are a breeze to whip up in the gourmet, fully equipped kitchen.
The Gulfstream Condos provide direct beach access and amazing coastal sunrises. Amenities include a seasonally heated pool, a hot tub, and convenient gas grilling areas.
Located just north of the Padre Island Seawall, our Gulf-front condominium is only minutes from local eateries, fishing spots, and the fun things to fill your day!

Annual family vacation
Just as good as before. One thing that was different was that the room safe was locked with door open. Husband was able to figure out locks security and unlock safe, making it operational.

lovely balcony!
We chose the corner unit this year and are so glad we did. Since the dining table was tiny (could use a larger table in the unit), the kiddos ate out on the balcony. We have been coming to the Gulfstream since it was built, and it is our happy place. The king bed in this unit was a bit lumpy, probably a product of rental property, but we were so dog tired from all the beach fun, we fell fast asleep! The front desk staff and manager are absolutely wonderful and very helpful to us on many occasions. This unit could use more coffee mugs, but we borrowed, and also could use more basic kitchen utensils and bowls, but, we made do and also borrowed! All in all, a wonderful stay at our happy place 🙂

Another successful vacation despite some quirks
Review by Christine C. We have been coming to the Gulf Stream at least once a year for decades. It is affordable, has great beach access, and friendly staff. There are quirks, however. This year one of the elevators wasn't working for most of our stay but it didn't impact us except on arrival because we were on a lower floor. Our unit this year was beautifully decorated but we found it strangely under equipped. Many of the units we previously rented had much more in the way of kitchen equipment and even a few board games for visitors. We had to ask how to operate the coffee maker because there were no instructions and it was nothing we'd encountered before. Still, we had a wonderful time and just add these bits to our memories to laugh about.

Unhappy
I cancelled my reservation when Gulfstream hired a Company to handle reservations after I had made ours Without informing us, we were sent a bill to pay in full over 30 days prior to our reservation date. I cancelled the reservation because of the lack of communication and the change in policy. It took constant text and phone calls to get this cancelled and then we were at first refused a refund of our deposit(contrary to Gulfstream's refund policy) The refund was finally approved, but I have still not received it, over 30 days now. we have stayed there multiple times over the years, but will not go back.

Policy
- Rates are per night for up to 4 persons. We accept cash, credit  or debit cards.
- Check in: 4:00 p.m.
- Check out before or at 11a.m.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to rent a condominium.
- AAA-2 Diamond Rating Pet Free Property (Except service animals)
- Please contact us for holiday or group reservations.
- Minimum reservation is 2 nights. Holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day) are minimum 3 nights.
Cancellation Policy: A one-night deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Your deposit is fully refundable, minus a $20 cancel fee, if cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival date. Any cancellation made within 14-30 days prior to arrival will receive 50% refund minus a $20 cancel fee and no refund for cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date. Monthly rentals must cancel 60 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds for early departures.
